- We will not accept returns from customers unless they contact us first for shipping instructions. Packages will be refused at our address if shipping instructions are not followed exactly.
-Our tension/stone settings are
solely available in hard (Ti 6Al/4V) and extra-hard (Ti 6Al/6V/2Sn) aircraft
grade titanium. -Aircraft grade titanium rings can be returned at any time for refinishing. This is a service that we offer free of charge. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any shipping charges and they are not covered or included in this warranty. -Any aircraft grade titanium ring which presents noticeable deformation, bending or gouging that might occur with normal wear will be repaired or replaced. -Note that the inlayed or tension setting titanium rings cannot really be resized tighter in the usual 'cut a piece out and solder it back together smaller way'. If the wrong size was ordered (due to customer error or jeweler mis-sizing) our warranty covers sizing up to a 1/2 size loosening -or 1/4 size "titanium rod" tightening** only, for most styles*, at no additional charge. -remaking charges: -If we delivered the wrong size, we will resize or re-make a new ring for you, totally free of charge. In such case, shipping fees also will be accommodated free of charge for the customer. -This warranty only applies to rings made of titanium 6Al/4V and 6Al/6V/2Sn. Basic grade titanium, gold or other inlayed/additional materials, damage or loss of precious stones, pearls, synthetic (lab-grown) stones are NOT covered by this warranty. -All stone settings and inlayed rings are sent in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for any mistreatment of the titanium ring, inlayed material, inset stone or the titanium setting after delivery to the customer. Any unusual or abusive treatment to the ring will also result in the voiding of the ring warranty. Return policy (stone settings and inlayed rings): -The maximum delay for returning unsatisfactory stone settings and inlayed rings for refund is 15 business days after delivery. Because each ring is made one by one, on specific order, for a specific gem, a return charge of 25% of the purchase price will be charged. Note that precious / lab-grown stones / pearls are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for any shipping charges. |

Please note that we cannot be responsible for any shipping charges and they are not covered or included in this warranty. -Any aircraft grade titanium ring which presents noticeable deformation, bending or denting that might occur with normal wear will be repaired or replaced. -Note that the basic titanium rings cannot really be resized tighter in the usual 'cut a piece out and solder it back together smaller way'. If the wrong size was ordered (due to customer error or jeweler mis-sizing) our warranty covers sizing up to a 1/2 size loosening -or 1/4 size "titanium rod" tightening** only, for most styles*, at no additional charge. *Some specific models (the extra slim stealth band, for example) may need to be entirely re-crafted, even if required resizing is within a half-size looser. ** titanium rod size tightening is available for basic rings as well as special shaped rings and etched design rings. It is the addition of a smooth aircraft grade titanium metal wire to the inside of the band. It is smooth enough to not be felt normally , but may not be for everyone! It is particularly helpful for reducing ring movement with people with large knuckles and slender fingers. Please keep in mind that the your ring engraving must not be too long to allow for a space for the titanium rod to be added!  -remaking charges: -Sizing a band even tighter than the titanium rod allows for more than a half-size looser will require recrafting an whole new ring, therefore a charge of US$50 for basic bands. Shipping costs are not included in these charges. -If we delivered the wrong size, we will resize or re-make a new ring for you, totally free of charge. In such case, shipping fees will also be accommodated free of charge for the customer. -This warranty only applies to bands made of titanium 6Al/4V and 6Al/6V/2Sn. Rings made from basic grade titanium are not covered by this warranty. -All our bands are sent in good condition. Return policy (basic bands): -The maximum delay for returning
unsatisfactory regular basic bands is 30 days after delivery.
