In its basic state titanium is a moderately strong, low-density, highly corrosion-resistant lustrous white metallic element. It occurs widely in igneous rocks and is used in it's very high strength alloy form in aircraft construction for low weight, strength and high-temperature stability.

It is the fourth most abundant element in the earth's crust. The high cost factor is related to the manufacturing process and the marketplace, not availability. The properties of high strength alloy titanium have made it a mainstay in the defense industry in era where arms proliferated. The Soviet Union, for example, had an entire fleet of titanium submarines.

We carefully cut your ring directly out from the center of a solid piece of titanium metal. The band has no seam or casting defects. The triangle profile of this titanium ring is hand formed until it has perfect balance (a multi step, slow process!) and the stepped edges are placed with total accuracy. Slip-ups mean an unrepairable, ruined ring that needs to be redone all over again from the beginning! We will not allow poor quality to leave our shop! Your ring is never made in advance, but is always made on order, to your specifications!

The edge cut triangle profile titanium ring is available in a few different forms.
First, you may have your edge cut triangle profile made from the aircraft grade titanium known as "Ti6Al/4V" for the ultimate in durability and mythical strength.
Or, by choosing "general grade" titanium, aside from its lower cost, you will have a great ring that will still have titaniums extreme resistance to any kind of corrosion, tarnishing and is perfectly compatible with the human body, however how sensitive you may be!
Both titaniums are identical in appearance, colour and texture.
